Last Week In The Studio!May 16th
This is our last week working at the legendary Fantasy Recording Studios here in Berkeley, CA: land of perfect weather, amazing locally grown food, and cool hippies. We are almost done mixing the new Carrie Rockriguez album! The room we have been recording in has been used by bands like Creedence Clearwater Revival, Chris Isaak, and even Journey:) oh yeah....Title to come soon...Needless to say, I am extremely excited to share the music with y'all!!! You can look for it to be released in early October. - Carrie -
Co-producingApril 10th
It's been a great week in the studio co-producing a record for my Belgian friends Erik & Sanne. Both are incredible artists that sing beautifully in Dutch. The sessions have included Lloyd Maines, Earl Poole Ball, Glen Fukunaga, Brannen Temple, Warren Hood, Ian McLagan and Luke Jacobs.

Carrie's band features: Hans Holzen (acoustic guitar), Kyle Kegerreis (bass), Ryan Lovan (drums), and Luke Jacobs (lap steel). Recorded 10/14/11.
